Le Carré Saint-Cyr

Galerie des Métiers d'Art

Le Carré Saint-Cyr is a former 16th-century church that was deconsecrated in 2000. Several years of reflection were needed before defining its new purpose.

Le Carré Saint-Cyr is a 300 m² gallery dedicated to showcasing exceptional fine craft through temporary exhibitions that are free and open to all.

The outstanding pieces presented there require extensive training and exceptional expertise, combining ancestral traditions with innovation, where the intelligence of the hand meets talent. Purchasing artworks helps support creation and contributes to the development of fine craftsmanship.

Its restoration was envisioned as part of the project to promote fine crafts led by the Seine-Eure Agglomeration, under the brand La Fabrique des Métiers d’Art.

The first territorial ecosystem dedicated to fine crafts and luxury—thanks to the presence of prestigious institutions, suppliers to major houses, and training schools—La Fabrique des Métiers d’Art reflects the excellence of the Seine-Eure area in this field. To enhance creation, the Agglomeration brings together, under a shared identity, key stakeholders, events, and exceptional venues.
